You can identify them if they hardly wrinkle when squeezed, their texture is usually soft to the touch, and if they are satin, the sheen is delicate.

If you are looking for a spectacular and lavish look, the base fabrics can be simpler, as can the inner volumes if you have them. There will likely be embroidery; if the embroidery is fine, you're all set. The base tulles for good quality embroidery are usually soft, and the rhinestones are delicate even in abundance. Similarly, the best quality laces are called chantilly or Spanish in the Mexican market. (lace and embroidery are different)
